We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are made to order, please read our policy carefully.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing)
- Change of mind
We do offer replacements or full refunds for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Items lost in transit
How to Request a Return Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 3 business days.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges For defective or incorrect items, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
